Uniquely combining C-suite level business acumen and behavioral science expertise, our coaches provide the tools and feedback to quickly develop leadership effectiveness that drives results. Sessions are held via video conference or phone.
Tracked metrics and results are based on individual, divisional, and company goals, and often include EBITDA, team and individual performance, culture, leadership talent management retention, and succession.
Leaders may also allow managers to view the Metrics section of the Power Pathways Portal in order to enhance communication and provide positive feedback or actionable insights.
