I worked with Exponential Results to strengthen my executive presence and decision-making as I expanded my leadership influence. Coaching helped me recognize and interrupt over analysis, enabling quicker action and more confident, clear leadership. Even early in the process, my decisions are faster, my communication is more effective, and my leadership impact has increased.

My opportunity was communicating more effectively in executive level meetings. My Exponential Results coach challenged me to identify the root cause of my issue.  Like many leaders, I had attempted to implement improvements and while it worked temporarily, there was no permanent improvement.   My coach helped me realize that I needed to change my personal beliefs about myself while implementing physical changes in order for improvements to be sustained for the long-term.

When I first came to Karen for coaching, I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed—I just knew I felt frustrated and a little lost. I’d worked so hard to build the life and business I have today, and while I did feel successful and happy in many ways, I also felt like the struggle never stopped. I couldn’t quite turn the corner to truly enjoy what I’d built.
